Palladio Restaurant is in its 15th year of presenting destination dining at the center of Barboursville Vineyards, in the "menu degustazione" style of pairing each course of the meal with an ideal accompaniment in wine. Menus draw on the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients, almost all estate grown or very local, and are completely reinvented every 60 days.
